Attention!
Price offers for electronic trading are submitted for the total amount of the lot; increasing the value of the lot after the initial submission is unacceptable.
Applications are submitted in electronic form using the functionality of the electronic trading platform (ETP). Submission of price proposals is carried out by the participants directly on the ETP before the date and time of the deadline for the submission of applications by participants.
Mandatory conditions:
1. The tax system is classical, with VAT (OSNO).
2. Be sure to attach the following documents: Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, a framed offer, dealerships, certificates (quality certificates, quality certificates for a batch or sample), brief information about the company, BO 2018, 3Q. 2019
3. Work must be carried out by trained and certified personnel with qualifications (staff of at least 100 people). The contractor must have a sufficient material and technical base, the necessary equipment, tools, devices for performing the specified work, and positive experience, confirmed by the reviews and recommendations of enterprise managers.
4. Work on the market for at least 3 years (reference list for deliveries of similar products) is desirable to confirm with scanned copies of contracts.
5. Bid evaluation criteria:
-.Price of the offer;
-.Delivery conditions;
- Reputation of the company;
- Qualification of the participant (staff);
- Material and technical base (necessary equipment, tools, devices for performing these works)
- Operational background.
6. The validity period of the suppliers' proposal is at least 60 days.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
