In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Contractor, the Customer is entitled to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance by the Contractor of services, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
