Ranking of bids

The composition of the Technical and Commercial Proposal:
1. Appendix 5_ Technical and Commercial Proposal form _technical part;
2. Appendix 6_form tkp_commercial part;
3. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
4. Information on the experience of performing similar work in the form of Appendix 4;
5. Copies of contracts, certificates of completed works, customer reviews (if available);
6. Portfolio of implemented similar projects in the field of office and/or industrial designs;
7. Information on the availability of qualified personnel (staffing), an official letter describing the composition of the team to perform the work.
8. An official letter confirming the deadlines for the implementation of the project in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference;
9. Official letter confirming the opportunity to visit Krasnoyarsk CHP-1 at the Customer's expense when organizing all accompanying passes (no more than 2 people) for visual inspection;
10. An official letter confirming the provision of at least 3 (three) visualizations for each room prior to approval of design projects and the inclusion of author supervision services in the technical and commercial proposal;
11. Notification of agreement with the standard form of the Customer's contract (in the form of Appendix 2), or a Protocol of disagreement (in the form of Appendix 3).



The Draft Agreement is attached. It is necessary to fill out and sign a Notice of Agreement with the standard form of the customer's contract. If there are comments / comments on the points of the agreement, it is necessary to fill out the Protocol of disagreements.
The notification of agreement with the standard form of the customer's contract / completed Template of the Protocol of Disagreements must be placed on the site along with the rest of the required documents.
