Mandatory meeting of Bidders for Teams 07.09.2023 at 12.00 (required by e-mail: Vi.Bykov@x5.ru send the Bidder's email address).
Commercial offers will not be accepted without attending an online meeting in Teams.

Mandatory conditions:
1. The project development period is 10 working days for one project, the possibility of starting the development and issuing the project after determining the winner.
2. The deadline for project approval with the Customer and the Lessor is 5 working days.
3. The design must be completed on time.
4. The possibility of termination of the contract if the design or approval is delayed by more than 5 working days for one of the objects.
5. The number of objects and the address may change at the initiative of the customer.
6. Issuance of the project BEFORE signing the contract / bid for design (by letter of guarantee).
7. The cost should include the coordination of the project with the lessor.
8. The cost should include a mandatory visit to the facility to clarify / update the source data and parameters of the facility.
9. The cost of the design should include the printing and transfer of 3 copies in paper form.
10. Fill in the Bidder's questionnaire attached to the bid documentation.


Requirements for the Contractor:
1. Experience working with large chain retailers for at least three years.
2. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 3 years.
3. The presence of projected objects of at least 20 pcs.
4. The contractor must have relevant experience in the implementation of Retail facilities.
5. The minimum insurance amount of SRO is 25 million rubles.
6. The contractor must have, confirmed by the staffing table, the necessary engineering staff of performers accredited by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the design of the SPP.
7. The Contractor has no overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees.
8. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts.
