Requirements for the Contractor:
1. Experience working with large chain retailers for at least one year.
2. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 3 years.
3. The presence of projected objects of at least 20 pcs.
4. The contractor must have relevant experience in the implementation of Retail facilities.
5. The minimum insurance amount of SRO is 25 million rubles.
6. The contractor must have, confirmed by the staffing table, the necessary engineering staff of executors according to the sections AR, KR, VC, OVIK, EOM, certification for the right to design a smoke removal project.
7. The Contractor has no overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees.
8. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts. |
