Payment terms:The payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the act of acceptance of the rendered services and the invoice of the Contractor no later than 45 (forty five) calendar days (for small and medium-sized enterprises - 30 calendar days) from the date of signing the act delivery - acceptance of the works. Advance payment is not applicable.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
