Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for design work is carried out in the following order:
Payment is carried out according to the results of the completion of each stage of the Work, provided for by the Schedule, by non-cash transfer by the Customer of funds to the Contractor's account within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the invoice for payment and signing of the acceptance certificate of the work performed for each stage of the Work. The invoice for payment and the acceptance certificate of the work performed must be provided by the Contractor within 5 (five) calendar days after the end of the reporting stage of the Work.
The participant has the right to offer his own procedure for payment for the work performed.
Delivery terms:The design documentation should take into account:
• Functional requirements for the building
• Technical, economic, environmental and other requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, local legislation, urban planning legislation of the Russian Federation, other regulatory legal acts in the field of Civil Aviation of the Russian Federation, building codes and regulations.
• Building survey results in 2020.
• The results of the work on strengthening the soil at the base of the building in 2020.
