Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Form, procedure and terms of payment for goods, work performed: Payment in 4 (four) stages:
- payment within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the project development work performed
- payment within 10 days of receipt of a positive opinion on the examination of project documentation
- prepayment of 25% of the cost of work within 10 days for the execution of work on dismantling the former coal trestle
- 75% of the cost of dismantling work within 30 days after acceptance of completed work.
Delivery terms:60 days from the date of signing the contract for the development and examination of design and estimate documentation. The deadline for dismantling works is determined by the labor costs of the estimated calculation and is documented by an additional agreement.

Additional conditions: SRO certificate availability, work in this sector for at least 3 years, provision of design and estimate documentation on paper in 3 copies and electronic media in pdf, dwg format. Dismantling is carried out without interrupting production.
