conclusion of the FSBI SEU FPS
IPL, application of a fire-retardant coating on steel
structures, coordination of the work performed and receipt from
the FSBI SEU FPS IPL of a protocol (conclusion) on the quality
of the fire-retardant treatment and the thickness of the fire-retardant layer
of the treated metal structures with a copy
of the certificate confirming the competence of the expert
organization and the certificate of conformity of the fire-retardant
treatment of metal structures.

Comments:
It is mandatory to have a license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the work performed.
The commercial offer must include the following documents:
1. A commercial offer
on a letterhead with a signature and seal, it must contain the following information:
• Name of the organization, TIN / OGRN of the organization;
• Project implementation period (calendar. days);
• Cost of materials in rubles. without VAT;
• The cost of work in rubles. without VAT;
• Total cost of the project (including equipment, materials, delivery, installation work, etc.)
• Payment terms;
• The period of work on the market;
• Reference list.
• Warranty period.
This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
