Payment terms:- платежи в размере 90 % от стоимости каждого этапа Работ выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем, в котором был подписан акт сдачи-приемки по соответствующему этапу Работ.
- платеж в размере 10 % от Цены Договора выплачивается в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем, в котором Подрядчиком были в полном объеме выполнены обязательства по настоящему Договору, при условии согласования Подрядчиком результата выполненных работ в органах государственного надзора, а также утверждения результата выполненных работ техническим советом Филиала ОАО «РусГидро» - «Волжская ГЭС».
