Settlements for work performed shall be made upon completion of work within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of submission by the Contractor of payment documents (invoice for payment), drawn up on the basis of the Act on acceptance of work performed by the Parties, subject to the transfer to the Customer of the work result in full, with duly executed documentation, in accordance with Section 4 of the Agreement and the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
