Оплата выполненных работ производится Заказчиком по факту их выполнения на основании акта сдачи – приемки выполненных работ и счета-фактуры Подрядчика не позднее 45 (сорока пяти) календарных дней (для субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства – 30 календарных дней) с даты подписания акта сдачи – приемки выполненных работ. Авансирование не допускается.
