Comments: A visit to the factory is mandatory 1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender, and its holding is not governed by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
To participate in the tender, participants must be accredited on the specified ETP in accordance with the rules of this ETP for Rusagro tenders
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its own discretion and without giving reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The template of the customer's standard contract is attached in the tender documentation

After the auction, you need to submit your offer in the form of a completed (for all items) Price Table with stamp and EXCEL, and a full package of documents (see the file Requirements for contractors) with a reference sheet with similar work experience attached. It is also necessary to confirm the Customer's contract, sign and send a scan of the contract template + DS anticorrosive clause, in case of not willingness to work under the standard Rusagro contract, attach the Protocol of Disagreements
6. Half or incomplete commercial offers by tender will not be accepted.
7. After the auction, the Bidder's offer price becomes fixed and cannot be increased.
8. Organization / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without giving reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, as not complying with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
9. The winner (s) of the auction is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, delay in payment, presence / absence of advance payment, guarantee, standard conditions of Rusagro)
