To the technical and commercial proposal, it is necessary to provide a price calculation with the attachment of cost breakdowns (labor costs, travel expenses, overhead costs, works and services of a production nature performed by third-party organizations), economic planning indicators of the organization for 2021. If there are no planned economic indicators agreed with Rosenergoatom Concern JSC, please provide statistical reporting form No. P-4 "Information on the number and wages of employees" or another form of reporting provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation used by your enterprise for a one year period or 6 months ...
Please note that the price calculation must include the whole range of works in accordance with the attached technical specifications, except for the cost of agreeing the developed documentation with the manufacturer of the K-12-1.0PA-1 / OK-12A drive turbine, JSC Kaluga Turbine Works, with the developer and manufacturer of the PTC SAR - OOO PTS, the developer of the Rostov NPP project - JSC Atomenergoproekt - clauses 3.2.7, 3.2.8, 3.2.10 of subsection 3.2 of section 3 of the technical task.
The cost of approving documentation with Kaluga Turbine Works OJSC, PTS LLC, Atomenergoproekt JSC is requested by the Customer and is included in the calculation of the initial (maximum) price.
Term of work performance in accordance with the terms of reference. There is no advance payment. Acceptance of works is carried out on the basis of acts of acceptance of the work performed, signed by the Contractor and the Customer. Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer within 45 (for SMEs, 15 days) calendar days from the date of signing the delivery certificate - acceptance of the work performed.
We inform you that sending the TCH to the Customer and providing you with a calculation of the cost of work does not impose any additional obligations on the Parties.
We ask you to issue a technical and commercial proposal for this request on the official letterhead of your company, sign it, affix it with a seal, and indicate the price validity period.
