Payment terms:Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion in cash, by a bill of exchange of RUSAL Achinsk JSC (in priority)
Delivery terms:1. The minimum price of services.
2. The terms for the provision of services from 01.04.2021 to 31.12.2021
3. Work in the revision of the customer's contract.
4. Positive experience of cooperation with enterprises belonging to RUSAL.
5. Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion in cash; a bill of exchange of JSC RUSAL Achinsk (in priority).
6. Availability of qualified specialists with work experience (included in the register of designers and surveyors NOPRIZ).
7. Availability of SRO for design and engineering survey works.
8. Provision of warranties, terms of payment, terms of services.
9. The contractor is obliged to provide supporting documents upon request.
10. For failure to meet the deadline for the work, penalties are provided in the amount of not more than 10% of the cost of the work performed.

Comments:
The commercial offer must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) document signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization's seal.
JSC RUSAL Achinsk has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- the commercial offer was received after the expiry of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not correspond to the terms of the invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the Selection participant has negative experience of working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
