Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment for the work performed under this contract shall be carried out by the customer in cash, on a monthly basis in fact of fulfilled per month Works with deferred payment not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) days calendar days, After the signing by both parties:
ü acceptance certificate of executed works in form of COP 2;
ü help on the cost of work performed and costs form COP 3;
ü Original invoices for payment, which must be specified as follows: 100% of the amount payable;
ü original invoice issued on the basis of the acceptance certificate of executed works and passed to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of execution of the works, assuming no claims and claims by the customer on quality and terms the executed works.
Calculations are made under contract by transferring money to the account of the Contractor indicated in the contract.
Delivery terms:the beginning of execution of works-from the date of conclusion of the contract.
