Payment terms:
Payment is made within 15 working days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the completed works for Performers related to Small and medium-sized Businesses (SMSP); within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the completed works for performers not related to (SMSP).

Обоснование: 1. Отклонить заявку участника ООО «Ситэк» как не соответствующую требованиям закупочной документации.
2. Признать запрос коммерческих предложений несостоявшимся в соответствии п. 10.18.2 (c) Положения о закупках товаров, работ и услуг – «по результатам рассмотрения заявок на участие в закупочной процедуре признана только одна заявка, соответствующая требованиям закупочной документации».
3. Заключить договор с единственным участником процедуры ООО «Торгово-производственная компания «С-Ком», соответствующим требованиям закупочной документации, со стоимостью его окончательного предложения 199 000,00 руб. (без учета НДС), с условиями оплаты – в течение 15 рабочих дней с момента подписания акта выполненных работ.
