4. Scope of work performed:
4.1. Scope of work
Development of a project that includes:
• Automatic control system of re-firing furnaces
• Replacement of equipment in order to improve the reliability and efficiency of the system
• Design and estimate documentation
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
1. The Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
