In the event of a change in the terms of the Request or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with participation in the request, including those related to participation in the negotiations, will not be reimbursed.

The choice of the most advantageous offer for JSC "Salavatsteklo" is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- it is preferable to defer payment of 30 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion
- preferable is the conclusion of the Agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo".
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- the commercial proposal was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.

| Информация о дымовых трубах, на которых надо установить площадки для отбора проб автоматической системы контроля выбросов (АСКВ): | 1. Дымовая железобетонная сборная труба Н=75 метров производства силикатов (ПС).
Заменить существующую площадку ПЗ на площадку для установки датчиков расходомера, давления и пробоотборников АСКВ: круговую и широкую.
Примерное количество отверстий для датчиков приведено в документе «Измерительная секция».

2. Дымовая кирпичная труба Н=80 метров линии 6 производства листового стекла (ПЛС).
Место установки площадки для обслуживания датчиков расходомера определено по результату численного моделирования специалистами ВНИИР на высоте Н=55 метров.
Место установки датчиков пробоотборников АСКВ не определено.

4. Наличие необходимой современной поверенной приборной и инструментальной базы. |
