Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the work actually performed by the Designer is made by the Customer after the Designer has completed all the work under this Agreement and acceptance by the Customer of the result of the work, within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act on acceptance of work performed form KS-2 and certificate form KS-3, based on the invoice issued by the Designer for payment by transferring funds to the account of the Designer.
Delivery terms:The Designer draws up and sends to the Customer the acts signed on his part on acceptance of the work performed and the documentation developed by the Designer upon completion of all work under this Agreement no later than 3 (three) days from the date of completion of all work.
