Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Preferred conditions:
Payment under the Contract is made by the Customer by transferring
funds to the Contractor's current account specified in the Contract or in a written
notice (letter) The Contractor, within 80 (eighty) calendar days after
the Parties sign the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the completed works for each stage in
accordance with the Schedule of work (Appendix No. 2 to the Contract), if
there is a corresponding invoice of the Contractor (if it is
to be issued in accordance with clause 4.3 of the Contract). The customer makes a payment in the amount of 90%, including
VAT, from the value specified in the Act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed at the appropriate stage, signed by the Parties. Final settlement under the Agreement
It is carried out in accordance with clauses 4.6.-4.9., 4.11. of the Agreement.
The fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations under the Contract is provided
by the Customer's guarantee deductions, which are part of the payment for the work
Contractor in the amount of 10 (ten)%, including VAT, of the cost of works under the Contract
due to the Contractor, according to the Certificates of Acceptance of Completed Works signed by the Parties (hereinafter referred to as "warranty deductions").
The Customer's warranty deductions are to ensure proper
performance of the Contractor's obligations under the Contract in accordance with Article 329 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the Customer's Terms of Reference.
