1. Types of work to be performed:
- To carry out a complex of engineering and geodetic surveys in an amount sufficient for the development of a construction project and the passage of state expertise.
Special conditions:
- The amount of documentation provided should be sufficient to obtain a positive conclusion of the State expertise, in the FAA "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia" for the development of project documentation.
- The contractor provides technical support for reports on engineering surveys in the State Expertise, in the FAA "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia" until a positive conclusion is received.
2. Term of work: According to the schedule to the contract.
3. Requirements for the contractor:
- Availability of a certificate of SRO on admission to work on engineering surveys in accordance with Article 55.8 of the Town-Planning Code of the Russian Federation dated 12/29/2004 No. 190-FZ. Availability of a certificate of admission to work on engineering surveys in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia dated 12/30/2009 No. 624.

1. Objectives and types of engineering surveys:
- Comprehensive study of modern natural and man–made conditions of the territory under construction, obtaining physical and geographical materials and data on the characteristics of the terrain, information on the presence of hazardous natural and man-made processes, obtaining topographic and geodetic materials and data on the situation and terrain - necessary for a comprehensive assessment of the natural man-made conditions prevailing on the site of the facility, substantiation design, substantiation of decisions on construction and measures for engineering protection of the territory and structures from hazardous geological and engineering-geological processes, environmental protection measures
- Engineering and environmental surveys.

3. Requirements for the accuracy of surveys, reliability and availability of necessary data and characteristics:
- Before starting the survey, develop and submit for approval an engineering survey program in accordance with the requirements of clause 18 of this assignment.
- Carry out analytical studies in accredited laboratories (Article 42 of Federal Law No. 52-FZ dated 30.03.1999) in accordance with the requirements of applicable standards and approved methods.
- Field instrumental measurements of radiation factors of the environment should be carried out by testing laboratories accredited in accordance with the established procedure in this field of measurements, in accordance with the requirements of MU 2.6.1.2398-08.
- The technical report should contain: copies of the organization's licenses for engineering surveys; the work program; copies of licenses and accreditation certificates of laboratories conducting chemical and analytical studies, with the scope of accreditation; sampling protocols and results of laboratory studies of selected samples of environmental components, radiation studies, noise and EMR; information on requests to government agencies.
- The results of engineering surveys should provide environmental justification for design decisions and the development of the section "Environmental protection measures".
4. Requirements for ensuring quality control when performing engineering surveys:
- In order to ensure the quality requirements for conducting engineering surveys, it is necessary to develop a work program for performing engineering surveys.
5. Special conditions:
- The amount of documentation provided should be sufficient to obtain a positive conclusion of the State Environmental Expertise, in the FAA "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia" for the development of project documentation.
- The contractor provides technical support for reports on engineering surveys in the State Environmental Expertise, in the FAA "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia" until a positive conclusion is received.
- The Contractor submits the documentation for approval to the Customer in electronic form (in PDF format and editable format (*.dwg; *.doc))
