Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business:
Payment of executed works under the contract with deferred payment no more than 30 calendar days. Deferred payment is calculated from the moment of signing the primary accounting documents, provided the contractor has issued invoices in accordance with the requirements of the Russian tax code. The primary accounting documents are signed by the parties monthly not earlier than the 25th of each month. Settlements under the contract are made by transfer of funds to the current account, and may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the participant does not belong to the subjects of small and medium business:
