Comments:
Development of Project documentation "Chip boiler house at the Albazino field with the passage of the NGE and obtaining a positive conclusion.
Development of Working documentation for objects: Heat supply network, Hearth residue warehouse, Timber warehouse.
Place of work:
Contractor's territory/Customer's site: Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko district, site of the Albazinsky Mining and Processing Plant
Scope of work:
It is necessary to develop a PD "Chip boiler house at the Albazino field":
a) "Chip boiler house", based on the Supplier's Initial data. In PD, it is necessary to develop constructive solutions for the foundations and external networks of the boiler room;
b) "Heat supply network";
c) "The warehouse of focal residues", including in the PD to justify and determine the area and design solutions of the object;
d) "Timber warehouse", including in the PD to justify and determine the area and design solutions of the object;
Passing the NGE with a positive conclusion.
To develop working documentation for the objects:
a) "Heat supply network";
b) "The warehouse of focal residues";
c) "Timber warehouse";
Including:
- outdoor water supply networks;
- external networks of the supply and return pipelines (length approximately 245 m);
- external networks of fire-fighting water supply;
- external industrial sewerage networks;
- external networks of technical sewerage;
- external power supply networks;
Terms of work 10.12.2022 – 13.03.2023:
Mandatory requirements for the Contractor:
The contractor must be a member of the SRO-P (providing an extract is mandatory).
Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel and equipment:
1. At the Customer's facility, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's personnel are organized by the Customer at his own expense (expenses are not included in the calculation of the cost of work under the TOR);
2. The contractor independently and at his own expense ensures the delivery of his employees and equipment from the location of the organization to the collection point in Komsomolsk-on-Amur and back (expenses are included in the calculation of the cost of work under the TOR);
3. Delivery from the collection point in Komsomolsk-on-Amur to AGOK and back will be organized by the Customer's motor transport and at the Customer's expense.
Mobilization/demobilization of personnel and equipment:
The mobilization of personnel and equipment of the Contractor is carried out at the written request of the Customer within the agreed time frame;
Before arriving at the Customer's facility, it is mandatory to provide a medical commission report for each employee.
Applications:
1. Terms of Reference with applications;
2. Offer card (form to fill out);
3. Form of consent to the processing of personal data


This request for proposal procedure is not a competition, a public competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
