Comments:
1. More detailed information is given in the Terms of Reference.
2. Applications will not be accepted without the uploaded documentation:
- commercial offer
- cost calculation (SFR)
- completed offer card,
- the documentation of the Contractor according to the list,
- extracts from the register of members of SRO with approval for design work for a period of issue not earlier than 30 calendar days.
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, terms of work, experience in performing similar work, cost, terms of payment.
4. This RFP procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The Customer’s Contract is not a public offer, however the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
