Payment terms:I payment stage (design and survey works) is payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works for phase I and invoicing.
The current phase II payments are paid by the employer at a rate of 95 per cent of the cost of work stages according to the contract referred to in the instruments of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2 and help about the value of work performed and costs form COP-3 shall be paid within 30 ( thirty) calendar days from the date of signing acts of acceptance of the executed works.
Payments on completion of the contract shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee, form # KS-14).
Delivery terms:I stage-design and survey works:
Initiation of work on phase I-not later than 5 days from the moment of conclusion of the contract.
Completion of phase I-not later than 40 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
II stage of construction, installation and commissioning of:
Initiation of work on phase II-not later than 5 days from the moment of signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works.
The end of construction and commissioning is no later than 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Completion of the contract not later than 130 days after the contract is signed.
