Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.
Payment for work under this Agreement may be carried out by the Customer by transfer to the Contractor bills. Bills shall be transferred under Transfer and Acceptance Certificate. Since the transfer of the bill Customer is considered to have fulfilled its obligation to pay for the work.
2. Payment for the work carried out by the Customer within 30 (thirty) business days after the signing of job reports
Delivery terms:1. Execution period rabot- 1 month (from the date of signing the contract).
2. Certification engineers and industrial safety of dangerous industrial objects performers.
3. The warranty period of 24 months.
4. The Contractor shall perform the work in-house. Involvement of third parties is only allowed with prior written permission from the customer.
On request
5. The TAP sentence specify the period of work as well as to provide a local estimate calculation.
6. The presence of the SRO.
7. Agreed with the customer outage. 8. Staff must be certified for this type of work.

Directing an offer (offer) Supplier warrants that is a bona fide taxpayer. At buyer's request the Supplier shall provide tax reporting for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of confidence to ensure the integrity of the Supplier, the Purchaser shall have the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment of obligations by the Supplier for the supply, including, but not limited to: an extract from the list of staff with the application copies of the contracts of employment of persons involved to perform the work, information about the presence in the ownership or the right to lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the customer is entitled to reject a proposal (offer).
