Payment terms:Расчёт по Договору производится в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания акта о выполнении проектно-изыскательских работ по III этапу.
В случае если стоимость проектных работ по утвержденной проектной и рабочей документации оказалась ниже договорной, расчет выполняется с корректировкой.
Delivery terms:Срок выполнения работ по I этапу:
начало работ – в течении 5 дней со дня заключения договора;
окончание работ –не позднее 1 месяца со дня заключения договора.
Срок выполнения работ по II этапу:
начало работ - не позднее 5 дней со дня подписания акта сдачи-приемки работ по I этапу;
окончание работ – не позднее 4 месяцев со дня заключения договора.
Срок выполнения работ по III этапу:
начало работ - не позднее 5 дней со дня подписания акта сдачи-приемки работ по II этапу;
окончание работ – не позднее 6 месяцев со дня заключения договора.
