Stage 2 – request for commercial proposals.
Bidders are required to fill in and upload to the E-Marketplace В2В-center.ru in the procedure:
1. Bid for participation in the tender (title of the document on the model "[Name of the organization] bid (PD, RD passage 10th)".
2. Qualification questionnaire with applications in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb specialized developer" (download to the website https://glavstroy-spb.ru/tenders ), it is desirable to duplicate the download of the archive (questionnaire with applications) on В2В-center.ru , the name of the document according to the model "[Name of the organization] questionnaire ID 13465").
3. An up-to-date extract from the register of SRO members (name a document on the model "[Name of the organization] extract of the SRO from [dd.mm.yyyy]").
4. Certificate of absence of debt to the Federal Tax Service as of the date of preparation of the bid.
To obtain the ID-number of the qualification questionnaire (required when filling out the Bid for participation), you must download the questionnaire from the application through the website of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC.
Instructions for completing the questionnaire:
1. "Download the questionnaire and its appendices" on the page https://glavstroy-spb.ru/tenders
2. Prepare applications for the questionnaire in pdf format and the questionnaire in excel format.
3. By clicking the "Send completed application form" button, open a custom form for filling in (entering prepared files).
4. Enter the e-mail address in the user form to receive the ID number of the questionnaire.
Please note that the documents:
1. Must be executed strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full (including marked "YES" in the questionnaire on sheets 5-7 "specialization", according to the company's activities and subject to experience in performing these types of work),
2. Signed by the head and certified with the seal of the organization.
The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
The contractor must confirm its readiness to conclude a contract in accordance with the form approved by Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC.
Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Those Bidders who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a Bid Notice about the Competitive Bidding Process and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the Contractors / Suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any material liability to the Bidders.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of Bidders' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
