Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance Payment in the amount of 50 (fifty) percent of the cost of works the customer pays within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice from the executor, if signed by all parties to the agreement.
The final payment for the performed works shall be made by the customer within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the invoice and invoice from the executor in the presence of the approved two-sided act of delivery and acceptance of works.
Delivery terms:The total period of work is not more than 7 (seven) months from the date of conclusion of the contract
