Preliminary qualification selection of contractors for the development of a detailed design for the modernization of the Customer’s premises, located at: Nizhny Novgorod, st. Kubinka, 3 PJSC "VimpelCom".
Comments: As part of the competition for the selection of the contractor for the design of the repair in the CPC. Nizhny Novgorod PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to participate in the pre-qualification selection (PKO).
Upon successful completion of pre-qualification, your Company will be able to take part in the procurement event to select a contractor for the provision of this service.
To participate in the pre-qualification selection, please submit the following documents to the e-mail address: zakupki2019@kzn.beeline.ru:
1. Scan-copies of the following documents (in PDF format with signature and stamp):
1) Participant Questionnaire
2) Privacy Statement
3) Letter of Unaffiliation
4) Declaration of consent
5) Statement of compliance with qualification requirements (including in xls format)
6) Accounting f.1 and f.2 for the two reporting periods. The fin. analysis template itself is provided in XLS format.
2. Documents required in the framework of the Application on Qualification Requirements (documents and format of their submission are listed in the Application file itself).
