Scope of work:
1. Contractor to provide source requirements (Annex №7 TK) on the development of working documentation.
2.1 Before you start designing the Contractor must visit the construction site for inspection, familiarization with the object of collecting any new data;
2.2. Develop working documentation for the installation of weighing equipment, in full "turnkey" in Knots concentrate stuffing (UT) №1 and №2, according to initial data, and align it with the customer.
2.3. Run Completion and delivery of equipment and materials to the work site;
2.4. Construction and installation works, including the preparatory work on the base of the unit, installation of equipment;
2.5. Commissioning works
Conditions and basic requirements for carrying out the works are presented in Appendices 1-2 number to this letter - Terms of Reference (hereinafter - TK) and its annexes. This information is required for detailed study in the preparation of the offer.
Basic requirements for the design, production, installation and the availability of permits given in n. 13, 15 TK.
Providing all the necessary work materials, tools, equipment and technology - the zone of responsibility of the Contractor.
Accommodation and meals at the customer's site, as well as mobilization of personnel is carried out by the Contractor. In order to organize these services, the Contractor enters into a direct contract with a catering company "Arctic Catering Service". Client assists in the delivery of the Contractor's personnel from Komsomolsk-on-Amur - Albazino station and back (rotational car). To determine the cost of the work on TK, the Contractor uses the information on the relevant tariff listed in Appendix № 9, 10 to TK.
Specifications for the design of "bagging weighing systems FSO units" are given in full in Appendix № 7 to TK.

- completed proposals map (Appendix № 3 to the letter.);
- filled calculation of the contract price (Appendix № 3 to TK.);
- About filled counterpart (Appendix № 4 to the letter.) and a reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required to perform the work (the contractor must be a member of the SRO (required to provide an extract from the register of CPO-P and CPO-C issued on or after 06.30.2019) and have the right to perform design and construction work on PBO);
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of the necessary machinery and equipment;
- Charter (in the latest version with all the changes and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on assignment BIN);
- certificate of tax registration;
- decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity of the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - on the face of the power of attorney of the signatory;
- Letter to the Federal State Statistics Service of the assignment of codes;
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to personal data (in accordance with the shape) (App. № 5 to writing).
