- Staffing list of employees engaged to perform works (mandatory requirement);
- Recommendations from Customers on the rendered services (if any);
- Founding documents of the organization (according to the list);
- Reference list (mandatory requirement);
- Counterparty Questionnaire
This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Acceptance of questions on the procurement procedure is carried out until 12:00 MSK 13.03.2020.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
