Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered
pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
Uploading Commercial offers to the site is mandatory.

To qualify, you must submit a package of documents:
1. RFI - A completed questionnaire of the supplier (with an Attachment).
2. Accounting statements for the last reporting period (balance sheet, statement of financial results) with a note on submission to the tax service.
3. VAT tax return for the last reporting period with a note on delivery.
4. Income tax return for the last reporting period with a note on delivery.
5. A certificate of the average number of employees with a note about the delivery.
6. Certificate of absence of debt to the budget.
7. Regulation.
8. Power of attorney for the right to sign contracts, invoices and consignment notes.
9. Minutes of the general meeting of participants on the appointment of the director.
