Comments:
Mandatory participation in the online meeting on Teams on 11/23/2022 at 14.00 (required by e-mail: AnastasiyaMelnikova@x5.ru send the participant's email).

Mandatory conditions:
1. The project development period is 5 working days for one project, the possibility of starting development and issuing the project after determining the winner.
2. The scope of work for each project is determined based on the typical volumes for each zone. The final scope of design for each object may differ after the issuance of specific source data.
3. The number of objects may change during the implementation of the plan.
4. Issuance of the project BEFORE signing the contract \ design application (by letter of guarantee).
5. The cost should include the approval of the project with the landlord.
6. The price must include a mandatory visit to the object to clarify / update the source data and parameters of the object.
7. Design work should be carried out only at the BIM360 site (unloading of projects and approval)
8. The cost of designing should include printing and transfer of 3 copies in paper form.
9. Experience working with large chain retailers for at least three years.
10. The presence of projected objects of at least 20 pcs.
11. It is necessary to fill out the Calculator attached to the procurement documentation.
12. Fill out the participant's questionnaire attached to the procurement documentation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
