LLC "Resources Albazino", included in the holding "Polymetal", offers you to consider the possibility of providing services for the development of working documentation for the construction of pit and mine water tanks № 4, Waste water № 5, Waste water № 1, mine water № 2, Reconstruction of the pit-water sump № 1.
Terms of production of works:
Beginning of works: 10.03.2019;
Completion of works: 31.05.2019
Responsibility and obligations of the customer:
To accept and pay to the contractor the works executed qualitatively and in the corresponding term.
Responsibility and obligations of the executor:
Detailed information on the implementation of the work is set out in the technical specification and annexed annexes. This information is required for detailed study in the preparation of a commercial proposal.
We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer with the following applications:
1. Filled offer card;
2. Estimate/calculation;
3. Confirmation of performing similar works from other customers (reference list);
4. Extract from the SRO register;
5. Cover letter on company letterhead;
On the basis of the received commercial offers the executor of works with which the contract will be concluded will be defined. In the choice we are guided by the following basic criteria:
- compliance of the proposed conditions with the requirements of the specification;
- ratio of price and quality of the offered conditions, and also attractiveness of terms of payment;
- completeness and timeliness of providing the necessary documents;
- availability of all legal documents for conducting activities;
- reputation of your company in the market.

This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its carrying out is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code;
This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 to 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
