Payment terms:
1. an advance payment of 50% of the contract price is paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of the contract;
2. the final payment is made by the Customer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice for payment and signing of the acceptance certificate of the work performed.
The invoice for payment and the acceptance certificate of the work performed must be provided to the Customer within 5 (five) calendar days after the completion of the work.
The participant has the right to offer his own procedure for payment for the work performed.

Estimated start date of work: August 20, 2021.
Deadline:
1. on assignment number 1 - until October 20, 2021;
2. on assignment number 2 - until September 20, 2021.
The participant must provide a Timetable for the implementation of the project, indicating the stages and terms of implementation of each stage.
Participants undertake:
- ensure labor safety when performing design
work, compliance with fire safety rules and
ensure the implementation of the necessary technical measures
security.
- ensure compliance with the access control requirements established by Tolmachevo Airport JSC.
