| Payment terms: | if according to the results of purchase, the contract will be concluded with the counterparty-the subject of SME, the payment of the executed works is made within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act on acceptance of executed works.
In case, according to the results of purchase, the contract will be concluded with the counterparty – the Non-SME entity, payment of the executed works shall be made within 45 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act on acceptance of the executed works (Form KS-2).
