A participant in the TCH for EACH OBJECT provides an estimate, the full cost of providing the service, deadline, payment terms
2. TCH validity period - at least 60 calendar days
3. Documents for the right to provide services must be attached to the TCH, as well as those that allow to determine the qualifications of the participant: licenses, certificates, certificates, admissions, a reference list of experience in performing similar work for 5 years, statutory documents.
4. If you need to visit the site, take into account the trail. costs:
1. Costs for undergoing quarantine measures:
- on average RUB 1,700.00-1,900.00 excluding VAT per day per person with three meals a day;
- during the quarantine period (7 days), the sample is taken twice - 2,553.00 rubles. excluding VAT per person for 1 analysis.
2. For the period of work performance:
- costs of accommodation and meals on the territory of PAVLIK JSC:
meals: - 677.64 rubles including VAT
accommodation - 629.82 with VAT.
5. The TCH is valid for at least 60 calendar days.
