Requirements for work:
• Working documentation must comply with the requirements of the regulatory documents in force in the Russian Federation in the field of industrial safety, environmental protection, design and construction;
• Registration of working documentation must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 21.1101-2013;
• The Contractor conducts a survey of the existing facility at the Customer's site in order to collect up-to-date initial data necessary for the design work;
• The Contractor, at his own expense, organizes the industrial safety expertise of the project and provides the Customer with a positive conclusion.

Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
The service provider must provide:
• a copy of an extract from the register of SRO members for design work for the development of design and working documentation;
• confirm the availability of work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• balance sheet or profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
• TCH, which consists of two parts
