Comments: LLC Albazino Resources invites you to take part in a tender for the provision of services for the development of working documentation for technical re-equipment (hereinafter referred to as RTP), followed by an examination of industrial safety and registration support at Rostekhnadzor (hereinafter referred to as RTN).
Place of service:
Khabarovsk Territory, the Polina Osipenko District, in the Amgun-Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous Key in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazinsky Mining and Processing Plant (Coordinates of the Albazino area Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´ ´).
Terms of service:
1. Start date: 05/07/2020;
2. Date of completion: 07/01/2020.
Start of work on a letter of guarantee from the Customer.
The composition of the services:
Development of RTP for the facility: Main building of the PF. Modernization. Organization of a semi-closed grinding cycle in the 1st stage:
1. Site survey, collection of necessary information;
2. Preparation of RTP;
3. Passing an industrial safety review developed by the RTG by a third-party authorized organization with the subsequent issuance of a positive opinion, registration with the RTN.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of the Contractor’s personnel to the Customer’s facility:
1. Accommodation, meals for staff on the site - are made at the expense of the Contractor.
2. The customer can assist in the provision of meals, accommodation at tariffs in accordance with Appendix No. 4 to the statement of work.
3. For meals and accommodation, the customer issues an invoice. Upon stay, the Contractor compensates the Customer for the costs, while taking into account the indicated costs in the cost of services.
4. The Contractor independently and at its own expense provides its personnel with vehicles for movement around the territory of the Customer’s enterprise.
Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The contractor must have a license to conduct an industrial safety review, and must:
- if necessary, conduct an inspection of the RTD object and engineering surveys in order to determine the properties of soils, the state of the foundation in the amount necessary for technical re-equipment (engineering and geodetic surveys, environmental engineering, geotechnical surveys), have the appropriate permissions to conduct the data types of work;
- organize an expert examination of industrial safety in the manner established by federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety; - ensure the availability of equipment, instruments, materials and information support necessary for the survey, engineering surveys, industrial safety expertise;
- provide registration in PTH;
2. The contractor must have permits for health and safety (certifications, certificates, permits corresponding to the type of work being performed);
3. When performing work, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the requirements of labor protection and industrial safety, environmental protection, fire safety, comply with administrative acts and internal regulations of LLC Albazino Resources.
4. The contractor must ensure the quality of work in accordance with the regulatory documents of the Russian Federation.
