Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the development of working documentation:
1. Installation of magnetic catchers on conveyors No. 2 and 3 on objects:
• Belt conveyor No. 2 L = 13.1m. Modernization;
• Belt conveyor No. 3 L = 13.1m. Modernization.
2. Modernization of the warehouse for chemical reagents.

Place of provision of services:
Territory of the Contractor \ Khabarovsk Territory, district named after Polina Osipenko, site of the Albazin mining and processing plant.

Terms of work production:
1. Start date of work: 04/05/2021;
2. Completion date: 05/28/2021.
The start of work is allowed by a letter of guarantee from the Customer until the conclusion of the contract.
Before mobilization at the customer's site for work, it is necessary to go through quarantine, the observation period is 3 days, after receiving a negative test result, it is possible to enter the site. The date of arrival in quarantine is specified immediately before arrival.

Main technological solutions, equipment:
Concentrating plant (OF) is a hazardous industrial facility, III hazard class.
With the original ore, the processing plant receives material of man-made origin: fragments of drill bits, support, teeth of loading equipment, garbage, etc. The presence of such impurities in the ore leads to increased wear of the grinding balls, cuts in the conveyor belt and other negative consequences.
To reduce the negative impact on the equipment of the processing plant from man-made metals, it is necessary to install an electromagnet M-22B, gp up to 6 tons and a suspended iron separator EMZH 120/45-U1 above conveyors No. 2 and No. 3. When designing, it is necessary to provide for the reinforcement of existing metal structures and (or) the installation of new support structures for the installation of electromagnets and their safe operation, provide for a control cabinet (ШУ) and connection of electromagnets to the existing engineering networks of the ES.
The place of installation of electromagnets is determined during the design, it is preferable to place it above the conveyors, at a distance of about 2 m from the place of loading the conveyor.
Initial data and technical conditions are given in Appendix No. 1.1.1 to the Terms of Reference.
The type of electromagnets can NOT be replaced by an analogue during design - the equipment is available from the Customer.
Raw material warehouse - HIF facility, hazard class II.
When implementing the project "Warehouse of chemical reagents. Modernization "it is necessary to modernize the object" Warehouse of chemicals with administrative premises. Modernization".
In connection with the increase in the productivity of the concentration plant from 1.5 million tonnes of ore to the planned target of 1.755 million tonnes of ore per year, it is necessary to arrange a shed for storing the Flotent DSIB reagent at the site of the chemical reagent warehouse.
The layout of the canopy at the site of chemical reagents is given in Appendix No. 1.1.2 to the Terms of Reference.

Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel to the construction site:
Accommodation, meals for personnel at the AGOK site during the visit to the Customer's site are carried out at the expense of the Customer, within the time frame established by the contract. When submitting a commercial offer, the Contractor indicates the planned duration of the site visit (the period should be no more than 5 days).
For the period of quarantine, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's employees will be carried out at the expense of the Customer.

Terms and conditions of mobilization of machines and mechanisms provided by the Contractor.
1. The mobilization of the Contractor is carried out upon written notification from the Customer within 15 days from the date of notification. Before the start of mobilization at the AGOK site, it is necessary to undergo quarantine, lasting 3-5 days, depending on the epidemiological situation. The date of passage is specified immediately before arrival. Before entering quarantine, it is mandatory to provide an opinion of the medical commission for each employee;
2. The Contractor independently ensures the travel of its employees to the place of quarantine (St. Khabarovsk or Komsomolsk-on-Amur). These costs are indicated in the commercial proposal on a separate line;
3. Travel from the place of quarantine to the Albazino site will be organized by the Customer's vehicles and at the expense of the Customer;
4. Mobilization and demobilization of machinery, equipment, auxiliary machines and mechanisms, goods and materials belonging to the Contractor - performed by the Customer.

Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
The contractor must be a member of the SRO-P with a permit to work at the HIF (an extract from the register is required), the facilities are HIF II and III hazard classes.

Occupational health and safety requirements:
1. When performing work, the Contractor undertakes to strictly comply with the safety regulations, industrial sanitation, labor protection, fire safety provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, throughout the entire period of work (when at the Customer's site), up to the delivery of the results of the work to the Customer in full. Conduct instructions on labor protection to workers involved in the performance of work, properly, draw up labor protection documentation;
2. The Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with the Customer's Standard STP OSMS and PB 008 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Interaction with contractors in the field of labor protection and industrial safety). The Contractor undertakes to comply with the conditions and be liable in accordance with the STP CMS and PB 008;
3. In the event that the Contractor uses machines and / or mechanisms in the performance of work, the Contractor is responsible for the safety of their use, proper equipment and good technical condition. The Contractor is obliged to immediately stop using non-conforming or defective machines and / or mechanisms;
4. The personnel involved in visiting the Customer's site must be provided with appropriate overalls, as well as personal protective equipment;
5. Comply with other requirements of labor protection, environmental protection, fire safety, administrative acts and internal regulations of Albazino Resources LLC while on the territory of the Customer, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 10:00 03/19/2021 with the following attachments:
- a commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the work contract without disagreements, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreements;
- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- a completed Counterparty Questionnaire (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and a reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required for the performance of work;
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of the necessary equipment, equipment;
- charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions);
- certificate of state registration (OGRN assignment);
- tax registration certificate;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - a power of attorney to the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).
