Comments:
Requirements for the work:
• The working documentation must comply with the requirements of the regulatory documentation in force in the Russian Federation in the field of industrial safety, environmental protection, design and construction;
• Execution of the working documentation in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 21.1101 2013;
• The contractor independently or with the involvement of a specialized organization conducts a survey (examination) of existing building structures in order to confirm the sufficiency of the bearing capacity to accommodate new equipment. (If necessary, the project should also provide for strengthening of building structures);
• The Contractor, at its own expense, ensures the examination of industrial safety of working documentation, the elimination of motivated comments (if necessary) and provides the Customer with a positive conclusion of such an examination.

Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
The service provider must provide:
• a copy of an extract from the register of SRO members for the execution of design works for the development of design and working documentation that affect the safety of capital construction projects, including the;
• confirm that you have work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• balance sheet or profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
• TKP, which consists of two parts:
a) commercial part;
b) the technical part.

The commercial part should include:
- commercial offer, according to Appendix 2, signed by the head and stamped by the company or scanned copy, fax. The total bid price must cover all the obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the tender documentation and the terms of reference, including travel and transportation costs, the cost of conducting an industrial safety examination of working documentation, etc.;
- calculations for the execution of works on the implementation of project documentation are made using the reference book of base prices for project work or the calculation of the cost of the price offer (calculation) is provided
