Payment terms:1. Payment of the works on development of the documentation is made by the customer on the fact of their fulfillment on the basis of the act of delivery and acceptance of the supplier's invoice 30 calendar days for SMEs (45 calendar days not SMEs) from the date of signing the Act Delivery and acceptance of completed works.
2. Payment of products is made to the supplier on the fact of delivery on the basis of invoice within 30 calendar days for SMEs (45 calendar days are not SMEs), from the date of signing by the consignee of the act of entrance control after receiving the products proper Quality and appropriate completeness and presentation of relevant documents.
3. Payment of the executed works (stage of works) is made by the customer on the fact of their fulfillment on the basis of the act of acceptance of executed works, the certificate on the cost of performed works (F. KS-2, KS-3) and the invoice of the contractor within 30 calendar days for SMEs (45 Calendar days not by SMEs) from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of completed works and transfer of the contractor to the customer a set of executive documentation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
