2. The purpose of the work:
Development of manuals (instructions) for the operation of the PS of JSC "EPM-NEZ" in accordance with the requirements of Federal Norms and rules in the field of industrial safety "Safety rules for hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used".
3. List and scope of work performed:
The scope of work performed is indicated in Appendix No. 1 to this technical task.
According to GOST 34022-2016 INTERSTATE STANDARD CRANES LIFTING Operational documents
The PS operation manual should include:
- the name of the manufacturer and (or) its trademark;
- name and (or) designation of the device (type, brand, model (if available));
- factory number, month and year of manufacture;
- information about the design, principle of operation, characteristics (properties) of the device;
- instructions for installation or assembly, adjustment or adjustment, maintenance and repair of the device;
- instructions for the use of the device and safety measures that must be observed during the operation of the device, including commissioning, intended use, maintenance, periodic diagnostics, testing, transportation, packaging, preservation and storage conditions, repair instructions;
- assigned indicators (assigned storage period, assigned service life and (or) assigned resource), depending on the design features, as well as instructions to the equipment owner about actions after the expiration of the service life and (or) the development of the assigned resource;
- a list of critical failures, possible erroneous actions of personnel that lead to an incident or accident;
- personnel actions in the event of an incident, critical failure or accident;
- criteria for limit states;
- instructions for decommissioning and disposal, as well as measures to prevent the device from being used for other purposes after reaching the designated resource or the designated service life;
- information about the qualifications of the service personnel.
The operating manual should contain sufficient information for the development of training programs for personnel servicing the lifting device, as well as for planning inspections, maintenance and repair.
4. Requirements for the contractor:
Availability of a license for the examination of industrial safety of lifting structures.
5. Deadlines for the execution of works
Within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract by both Parties.
6. Payment terms:
100% - after receiving the PS operating manuals and signing the certificates of acceptance of the completed works.

Appendix No. 1 "List of PS of JSC "EPM-NEZ".
