Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants
When submitting documents, it is necessary to provide a preliminary project schedule with the activation cost and divide the price of ERP development and the operational production planning module.
The Contractor offers the 1C configuration
The Customer chooses the operational production planning platform.

Requirements for participants in the procedure:
1. The presence of a certificate 1C CORP
2. Availability of 1C ERP certificate

Working group members have at least 5 years of experience in 1C development, including mandatory experience in implementing ERP systems


The participant who took part in the procedure (who made the proposal) must upload the following documents to the system before the deadline for accepting applications (downloading these documents is optional if they are available to the Participant in the Personal Account, and the Participant must indicate this in his offer):
1.1. Commercial offer in pdf format stamped and signed by the head of the company.
1.2. Articles of Association and/or Memorandum of Association (with all additions and amendments, if any).
1.3. Certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on a legal entity registered before July 01, 2002.
1.4. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (if the legal entity was registered after July 01, 2002).
1.5. An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as a rule, issued no earlier than 1 month before the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
1.6. Tax registration certificate.
1.7. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's note of acceptance.
1.8. Documents confirming the authority of the sole executive body or other representative of the Buyer to sign documents, namely:
1.8.1. — Decision (Minutes) of the authorized management body of a legal entity on the formation of a sole executive body or (in case of signing the agreement by another representative of the Buyer)
1.8.2. — Power of Attorney for the Buyer's representative confirming the authority to sign the relevant documents, as well as the Decision (Minutes) of the authorized management body of the legal entity on formation of the sole executive body of the legal entity that signed the power of attorney.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out electronically on the B2B-Center ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
