Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the service in the amount of 100% of its cost within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act confirming the acceptance of the work, provided that there are no quality claims and provided that the Buyer receives an invoice duly executed in the name of the Buyer, the original contract, the original accounting documents. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer of all the above documents.

Only Technical and Commercial Proposals submitted in the attached form are subject to consideration.
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the Bidder of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, must, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a settlement account with the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was concluded.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice about a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.

The Bidder of the Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person on the letterhead. The price offer and conditions for the provision of services submitted through the functionality of the E-Marketplace must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Provision of a package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" is MANDATORY.
