Development, maintenance and approval of the CER in accordance with the requirements of current legislative acts, regulatory, technical and methodological documentation according to the conditions in the attached TOR.

3. It is necessary to upload scans of documents for the SB according to the attached list.

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

The Customer also has the right to refuse to conduct a price request at any of the stages, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
