Comments: It is necessary to carry out the following work (according to the TOR):
1. Geodetic works, including the shooting of longitudinal profiles and a large-scale plan, as well as the development of a technical passport, instructions on the procedure for maintaining and organizing traffic on a non-public railway track, drawings of railway infrastructure structures on a non-public railway track;
2. Engineering and technical surveys, including a comprehensive instrumental inspection and a complete inventory of the upper and lower track structure, in order to determine all the characteristics and indicators of the track, turnouts, crossings, oversized places;
3. Office work, including the processing of the results of geodetic and engineering surveys, the implementation of a large-scale and schematic plan, longitudinal track profiles, compilation of summary tables, statements and subparagraphs of the technical passport;
4. Preparation of a technical passport for a non-public railway track based on the results of surveys and office work;
5. Development of an instruction "On the procedure for servicing and organizing traffic on the non-public railway track of NPO Energomash JSC";
6. Approval of the technical passport, instructions with JSC "Russian Railways" in accordance with the Order of JSC "Russian Railways" dated December 23, 2013 No. 2859r.
