Comments:
JSC "Cordiant" hereby announces the Prequalification Selection (PQA) and invites legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to undergo prequalification in the direction of:

"Development of Technical Documentation" for the needs of subsidiaries of JSC "Kordiant" for the next calendar year.

The main task of the PQS is to form a Register of potential participants in Competitive procurement capable of performing certain types of work, in accordance with the requirements established in JSC "Cordiant" for production processes, quality, environmental friendliness and safety of goods, work results and services, for subsequent invitation to participate in the announced Competitive procurement of potential participants whose qualifications meet the required level for the relevant procurement subject.

The result of the completed PQS is a decision to include or refuse to include a PQS participant in the Register of Potential Participants in Competitive Procurement by type of activity: "Development of Technical Documentation" for production enterprises of JSC "Kordiant".

The PQS is not an auction (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447 449 of Part One and Articles 1057 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer and the Customer of the PQS established by the specified articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer of the PQS has no obligations to the Participants for the subsequent competitive procurement and has the right to refuse to carry out it at any of the stages, without incurring any financial liability to the Participants.

• Reference - a list of the organization for the main design work performed and their volume (5 years).

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
